Is it true that Greek people prefer to use the "back door" and does it agree with their faith?

I mean when getting intimate? I've heard it very often, and was wondering if it is actually true - as in does it happen frequently amongst Greek people? And does Orthodox Christianity agree with that kind of sexual activity? I've always wondered because I heard the orthodoxy is very conservative and traditional. Thanks! :D
