  1. covering your backside
  2. ride the helicopter
  3. Back pack it..... I've done it twice. Once when I got out of high school and then two years after that..
  4. That's a good question, but a little general. If you like partying and swimming in the warm Mediterranean sea, then you must go island hopping. You can do this on your own schedule (backpacking)this way if you really like one island the best you can stay there or return to it later or you can book a cruise of the islands, don't worry about being on your own you will meet lots of people there and have a blast. With the cruise you will not have much flexibility but they often offer tours of each island. If you are more interested in history/archeology then you have the same options as above on the mainland. The people are friendly, the food delicious, the weather sunny and warm and the scenery magical. Have a great trip and take lots of pictures!
  5. I'd like to add a few more words to mema's comprehensive answer. If your question applies to transportation as well, the most convenient and cheapest way for traveling around is normal ferries to the islands and buses (KTEL) on the mainland. I would suggest to avoid trains as places that are linked with the railroad are limited. In case you can afford to spend more the high speed ferries and domestic flights are an excellent choice as you save a lot of travel time. I wish you have a great trip!
  6. Onan organized tour.you go where the highlights are,you do not worry about the delayed local bus,you are given guided tours by professionals and you become friends with other group members.
