what are some movies that have to do with greek history,modern day greece and greek mythology?

just wondering i know troy and 300 make a list noty only cartoons

1. Clash of the Titan's.
2. gladiator..... that is a good movie.... i cant think of anything else though....
3. Gladiator is set in Rome :) I would recommend Troy, 300, Alexander, Hercules etc
4. There's a couple versions of, "The Odyssey." One was done by Hallmark and I've heard there's an old version with Kurt Douglas. There's also the classic Ray HarryHausen, "Jason and the Argonaughts," with the famous sword fight with skeletons.
5. Don't forget the more modern movies like "Eleni" (about Greek History) and also the James bond flick "For Your Eyes Only" was set in Greece. There was a Benji movie in Greece, "Captain Corelli's Mandolin" about Greek History) is another war movie and dont forget "ZORBA" (About Greek Life in Crete)
