Greek history? I know this may seem a bit foolish but after coming to watch movies such as Troy or 300. Well not just those movies but the whole history as a whole. The Greek history that contained stories of Gods such as Zeus and Hades. I've come to wonder.. Where are there are stories made from? Are they stories that were made up? Stories that are only used as morals? Sorry for my ignorance but I've always wondered where it came from.

Why does FYROM try to steal Greek History? When Yugoslavia broke up in the early 90's, FYROM decided to call its country Macedonia ( where Alexander the Great was from) and claim they were descendants of him, when they have slavic origin and moved to that area 1,500 years after Alexander's death. Not only this but in FYROM'S history books, after 1991, they claim that Alexander the Great was a Macedonian from a SLAV ORIGIN??? They are trying to steal our history and it pisses me off. Macedonia is a Greek name, Macedonians were Greek, spoke Greek and Alexander the Great was Greek. They are tyring to say that he was a slav, when slavs came to that area thousands of years later. Macedonia is one of the biggest states here in Greece. Its like a country being created 15 years ago and naming itself Venice and claiming Venetian history. Isnt this ridiculous???

Greek history_Christianity...? the ancient greeks are a part of ancient history since they had the wisdom to make all these monuments that today we still have and admire. now these people believed in the 12 gods. later on when the Christian years came people did offer and enriched the greek civilization with their arts etc. but in the meanwhile they also ruined some of the worlds biggest treasures. so my question is did they mostly offer to our culture or did they ruin it?? what's your opinion??
